Biography

Was born on September 28, 1969. Left secondary school in Stavropol Krai.

Service in AF

Served in the territory of the Ukrainian SSR in rocket, then in tank troops.

From 1991 to 1995 worked in Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation.

1993: RINH

In 1993 graduated from the Rostov institute of the national economy (since 2000 - the Rostov state economic university) in "economic information science and automated control systems".

1996: RusHydro and RAO UES of Russia

From 1996 to 2009 worked as the chief financial officer of a number of the companies, entered into the top management of RusHydro and RAO UES of Russia.

2000: Stavgu

In 2000 graduated from the Stavropol state university (in 2012 it is reorganized by accession to North Caucasian federal university as structural division) in "law".

2005: AHX

In 2005 received degree of the master of MVA (business administration) in "financial management" at Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (since 2010 - the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)).

Family

He is married since 1989. The spouse, Valentina Vasilyevna Osipova, is from Shakhty of the Rostov region. Engineer-economist. Together with the husband studied at the Rostov institute of the national economy where got acquainted. The daughter Natalya is a student of the HSE.
