Yerbol Ospanov was born in 1977 in the South Kazakhstan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Education
In 1998 he graduated from Kazakh State National University. Al-Farabi, and in 2022 - Kazakh National Agrarian University.
Career
1999-2006
In 2000-2001 - Leading Engineer of the branch of Kazakhstan Institute of Technical and Economic Research, Design of Facilities and Information Systems of Railway Transport Kazgiprozheldortrans JSC.
In 2001, he became the project manager of the Kazakhstan Research Institute of Railway Transport LLP.
2006-2012
In 2006, he became the leading engineer-designer of the system analysis and business planning department of the information systems development department of the Center for Informatization of Financial Systems JSC.
In 2007-2010 - Chief Specialist of the Department for the Creation of ICT Divisions of State Bodies, Chief Manager of ICT Processes of the Program for the Functioning of ICT Divisions of State Bodies, Deputy Director of the Competence Center, Director of the Competence Center in National Information Technologies JSC.
In 2010, he headed the Department for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies of JSC National Infocommunication Holding Zerde.
In 2012, he became president of the Center for the Development of Labor Resources JSC.
2020
In 2020, he was appointed Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2024: Appointment as Vice Minister of Health of Kazakhstan
In early April 2024, Yerbol Ospanov was appointed the new Vice Minister of Health of Kazakhstan. In this position, he will be responsible for the digitalization of the department. Previously, Ospanov served as vice minister in the field of social protection and labor of the Republic of Kazakhstan.[1]
