Papylev Mikhail Nikolaevich

Mikhail Papylev was born in 1973 in the city of Arkhangelsk.

Education

In 1997 graduated from the Arkhangelsk state technical university, Institute of economy, finance and business as 'economist'. In 2001 got additional education according to the presidential Program of management training for the organizations of the national economy of the Russian Federation.

Biography

• In 1997 Papylev became the head of department of work with banks of JSC Arkhbum.
• From 1999 to 2001 worked on Timber Mill 25 Ltd as the commercial director, and then became the CEO of this enterprise.
• From 2005 to 2011 — the CEO of PKP Titan (Arkhangelsk Region) LLC.
• Since July 1, 2011 — the CEO of JSC Arkhangelsk PPM.

• Member of the committee of the Arkhangelsk Regional Assembly of deputies on the industry and economic development.
• Performs the deputy powers without separation from primary activity.

• commissions on a forest complex of the Arkhangelsk region of committee on the industry and economic development;
• the working group on development and project implementation of use of low-quality wood, waste of wood processing and peat in biofuel production in the Arkhangelsk region;
• the working group on improvement of the regional legislation in the field of providing tax benefits to the investors implementing investment projects in the territory of the Arkhangelsk region.
