Ostling Floor (Paul Ostling)

Paul Ostling graduated from law department of the Fordkhemsky university (Fordham University School of Law) where he also received degree of the bachelor of mathematics and philosophy.

From 2003 to 2007 Mr. Ostling held a post of the chief operating officer of Ernst & Young Global where since 1977 he held a number of executive positions:

• from 1994 to 2003 was an executive partner,
• from 1985 to 1994 - the vice chairman of the board and the national HR director,
• from 1977 to 1985 – the adviser to the general counsel.

The Ostling was the board member of the Transatlantic Business Dialog organization (TABD), and the cochairman of consulting council of Ukraine on the foreign investments.

Since June, 2007 Paul J. Ostling is included into Board of Directors of MTS.

For January, 2013 Paul Ostling is the CEO of JSC KUNGUR-neftegazovoye oborudovaniye i servisy. Besides, it is included into Board of Directors and is the chairman of auditing committee United Services Organization; and also is the Chairman of the Committee concerning the international mutual understanding, the vice-chairman of Board of Directors of Cool NRG.

Paul Ostling is included into Board of Directors and is the Chairman of the Committee on remunerations and appointments of Promsvyazbank and also the board member and the vice president for finance of Boy Scouts of America Transatlantic Council, and the board member of URALCHEM Holding P.L.C.
