Biography
Born on January 1, 1979. In 2002 he graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in Automated Information Processing and Control Systems. In 2007 - Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in Jurisprudence.
In 2005, he began work in the Federal Antimonopoly Service. In 2007, he was appointed deputy head of the state order control department, in 2009 - head of the housing and communal services and natural resources control department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia.
Since 2011 - acting head, since 2012 - head of the Moscow OFAS of Russia.
Since 2016, he was deputy head of the FAS of Russia.
In 2019, he was appointed Director for Digital Transformation of Rostec State Corporation.
On March 25, 2022, Rostec announced the appointment of Andrei Komarov as the new director of digital transformation. In this post, he replaced Rachik Petrosyan, who remained in the state corporation and took up its project activities. According to the press service of Rostec, Rachik Petrosyan will now focus on the development of key projects in the field of public-private partnership, including in the field of digital technologies.
