Was born on October 18, 1962 in Moscow, in 1985 graduated from the Moscow teacher training college of V.I. Lenin (specialty – Mathematics). From 1985 to 1990 taught mathematics and information science at the Moscow schools.
From 1990 to 1992 worked in scientific center of software tools of training in which the Russia's first computer programs were developed for school students. From 1992 to 1995 was the CEO of AIST company in which the first Russian video editor of MediaMania was developed. In 1995 together with Anna Zueva founded DeLight 2000 company and until now is its CEO. For many years the DeLight 2000 company specializes in creation of uniform audiovisual space for corporate communications.
One of founders of the IT industry in Russia, was repeatedly included into the Top-100 and TopProfi lists – the first hundred the most influential persons of computer business of Russia.
