Was the senior vice president and the CEO of Dell EMC where he was responsible for Isilon product line.

Worked in the field of corporate systems of data storage as the senior vice president and the head of business division of data processing centers of Western Digital.

2021: CEO of Infinidat

On January 11, 2021 the Infinidat company, solution provider for data storage of a corporate class, announced TAdviser Phil Bullinger appointment the CEO of the company. Phil headed Infinidat at a stage of growth, expansion of a possibility of entry into the market and scaling of business, gain of highly valued solutions of the company and strengthening of customer relation.

Phil has more than thirty years' experience of creation and management of the world-class organizations in the field of data storage. For the large organizations becomes fast, big and safe solutions for data storage in the conditions of the limited budget are more and more necessary.
