According to the press service of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Tula Region, in the period 2020-2021. A medical worker systematically received funds for illegally providing personal data of those who died in a medical institution. Having received these data, the employees of the funeral agency forced the relatives of the deceased to conclude contracts with them for the provision of paid ritual services. A criminal case has been instituted against a person providing ritual services suspected of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code (giving a bribe). The names of the defendants in the case in the UK are not disclosed.
