In 1991 he graduated from the Taganrog Radio Engineering Institute with a degree in Electrical Computing Machines.
In 1991, together with future partners in Ugtranzitservice, he created the company ICPO for the trade in metal rolling and refractories.
In 1996, with the same partners, he acquired the shares of the Taganrog Shipyard and took the position of director of the plant. The facilities of the Taganrog Shipyard served as the basis for the international grain trading business of Ugranzitservice Group of Companies (UTS), which owned the online ticket service Avantix. Ugtranzitservice Group of Companies specialized in grain exports and agricultural production.
In 2006, Kirill Podolsky founded the agricultural and trading company Valars Group.
Having left Ugtranzitservice in 2007 due to a conflict with other shareholders, Podolsky did not forget about the ticket business and created a competitor Avantix - the international Anywayanyday.com project (AWAD).
In 2008, he launched the ANYWAYANYDAY.COM project, which later became the largest online travel service in Russia. Hundreds of thousands of dollars were spent on the launch of AWAD, and by the end of 2009 the company had reached the profitability of[1]
In 2010, Valars Group was reorganized and divided into two (in areas of activity) - Valinor agricultural holding and Valars trading company, the main beneficiary of which remained Kirill Podolsky.
In 2016, Kirill Podolsky began to develop the Smartseeds project. An IT platform was created to automate the transport of goods. At Smartseeds, Kirill is responsible for long-term plans for the development of the company and establishing key contacts.
