Biography

Ponomarev Andrey Alekseyevich was born on October 21, 1954.

Education

In 1977 graduated to year from the Bryansk Institute of Technology majoring in "Machines and mechanisms". Began a labor activity the design engineer at the Bryansk plant of semiconductor devices. In the first years of reorganization with issue of the Law "About Cooperation" of the beginnings by one of the first to create scientific and technical cooperatives in the area. Graduated from the International school of managers and Financial and economic institute, defended the master's thesis on economy.

Career

Was the director of Tekhnologiya Scientific and production association at REGIONAL COMMITTEE of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League, was among heads of the scientific and industrial VIZA complex of Directorate of Cultural Initiative Fund, then — the joint Russian-British venture "AVTOKOMP". Worked as the commercial director of Inpo Scientific and technological center (Innovation Search), the CEO of the Bryansk Representative office of the Congress of the Russian business community, it was elected the President of the Bryansk regional department of the All-Russian Association of the privatized and private enterprises. In 1995-96 worked as the deputy CEO of the Federal employment service of Russia for the Bryansk region. In 1993-1996 Andrey Ponomaryov is a member of Board of administration of the Bryansk region and economic council at the head of administration of the Bryansk region. In 1995 within the international program of the European Commonwealth "TASIS" it was elected the CEO of the International Fund of the development of the Bryansk region organized together with the government of Finland.

In December, 1996 it was elected the deputy of the Bryansk city council of People's Deputies. Worked as the vice-chairman of committee on the budget, finance and taxes, the chairman of the permanent commission on legal regulation of a small and medium entrepreneurship, the member of the committee on municipal property and services industry. In the City Council organized and headed deputy fraction "Independent Deputies of Bryansk".

Some time the deputy governor was and was responsible including for informatization of the region. It is dismissed 9/15/2014.

Political activity

Was an initiator of creation in the Bryansk region of Independent public chamber of the Bryansk region which integrated representatives of all political parties and many public organizations and movements. Andrey Ponomaryov — the businessman, famous in the Briansk region, and the politician: in due time — the chief specialist of representative office of JSC INKOMBANK, the Deputy General Manager for Economics and to finance of APIK Company LLC and also the chairman BRO of OPOO "Consolidation YABLOKO, within 4 years he was the assistant to the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

Hobby

Since January of last year worked in the State autonomous cultural institution "Bryansk Regional Philharmonic Hall", acting as a part of the revived legendary VIA of Stozhara. Andrey Ponomaryov was fond of music in youth: in student's years actively Stozharov was engaged in amateur performances in structure. He is a candidate for the Master of Sports in swimming.
