Biography
Born April 29, 1974 in the village. October Gorky district of the Omsk region. After graduating from October High School, he entered the Omsk State Agrarian University, which he graduated in 1996 with a degree in accounting, control and analysis of the economic activity of the enterprise. He underwent professional retraining under the program "State - Municipal Administration" in 2002-2003.
He began his career in 1996 at the AOZT named after A.F. Romanenko. In March 1997, he moved to work in the Omsk regional branch of SBS-SBS. Since 2000, Agro he worked as an adviser to the chairman of the Regional Energy Commission of the Omsk Region. From June 2001 to July 2004 he worked as an adviser to the Committee on Industry, Transport and Communications of the Administration of the Omsk Region. In July 2004, he was appointed head of the department of the Ministry of Industrial Policy, transport and Communications of the Omsk Region. Since June 2011, he worked as director of the specialized budgetary (autonomous) institution of the Omsk region "Omskles," in April 2013 he became executive director of the limited liability company "Production Association" Omskles. "
From September 8, 2013 to June 25, 2018, he served as head of the Gorky municipal district of the Omsk region.
2018: Minister of Industry, Transport and Innovative Technologies of Omsk Region
On June 26, 2018, by order of the Governor of the Omsk Region No. 107-rk, he was appointed Minister of Industry, Transport and Innovative Technologies of the Omsk Region.
2019: Minister of Industry, Communications, Digital and Scientific and Technical Development of the Omsk Region
On June 29, 2019, by order of the Governor of the Omsk Region No. 167-rk, he was appointed Minister of Industry, Communications, Digital and Scientific and Technical Development of the Omsk Region.
