Potapov Sergey Petrovich
Potapov Sergey Petrovich is the chief of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia of the Belgorod region, the colonel.
Biography
Sergey was born on November 11, 1968 in the village of Dmitriyevka, the Stary Oskol district of the Belgorod region.
In 1986 entered the Krasnoyarsk highest command school of radio electronics of troops of protivozdushny defense in 1990 graduated from it.
In June, 1990 it is sent to radio engineering battalion of a radio engineering regiment to a position of the engineer of a radar complex.
In December, 1994 it is appointed to the position of the deputy commander of a separate radar company for a technical part of a radio engineering regiment.
In April, 2005 it is appointed to the position of the chief of an operations control room.
In August, 2008 it is appointed to the position of the chief of Crisis Management Centre of TsRTs Emercom of Russia.
In 2010 graduated from the International legal institute in the city of Moscow.
In May, 2011 it is appointed to the position of the chief of Head department of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergencies and natural disaster response across the Belgorod region.
For February 14, 2014 Sergey Petrovich Potapov works as the chief of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia of the Belgorod region.
