Prishvin Dmitry

In June, 2015 Dmitry Prishvin is appointed the CEO of JSC Voronezh Aircraft Production Association (VAPA) entering into OAK holding earlier a position of the chief executive of the plant the director of VASO. The decision on appointment is made by Board of Directors of the enterprise.

Dmitry Sergeyevich Prishvin graduated from the Ulyanovsk state university majoring in Management and the Nizhny Novgorod state technical university according to the MBA program. Since 1982 worked at Gorky Automobile Plant. In 2004 passed to Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant where at different times held positions of the chief technologist, technical director and chief executive. In 2012 began to work in United Aircraft Corporation as the director of production organization of the civil aircraft equipment. Since 2013 combines this position with work in the management of VASO.

Being a chief executive of the Voronezh aircraft factory, Dmitry Prishvin exercised operational management by the enterprise: supervised production and financial blocks, the HR policy, interaction with trade-union committee. In particular, at the enterprise the new socially oriented collective agreement was signed, average age of employees decreased, and the number of staff grew more, than by 500 people.
