Was born on September 4, 1976 in Ryazan. He is married, brings up the son.

Education

The higher professional education: in 1998 qualification "economist manager" graduated from the Ryazan state radio engineering academy, specialty "economy and management at the enterprise (in mechanical engineering)".

In 2003 the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences, in 2008 – an academic degree of the Doctor of Economics is awarded.

Career

• Labor activity of the beginnings in 1998 the expert-appraiser, then the head of department of assessment of JSC Fininkor Investment and Finance Company, Ryazan.
• From 2000 to 2001 worked in the Office of the Federal Tax Police Service for the Ryazan region.
• From 2001 to 2007 held different executive positions: the associate director on communications with regions of Professional Assessment and Examinations Centre Ltd, Moscow; chief financial officer of JSC Ryazan Plant on Production and Processing of Non-ferrous Metals (JSC Ryaztsvetmet), Ryazan; Partner Director of Independent Assessment Center and Examinations LLC, Ryazan; CEO of JSC Ryazan Sleeper Impregnation Plant.
• In 2007-2008 – the Associate professor of financial management of the Ryazan state radio engineering university.
• In 2008-2009 – the Head of department of interstate multilateral and bilateral integration associations of the CIS Managements of coordination and control for the CIS, Federal agency on affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad and on the international state cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo).
• From October, 2009 to March, 2011 – the Deputy head of administration of the municipal entity – Ryazansky municipal district on economy; the deputy head of administration of the municipal entity – Ryazansky municipal district on economy, finance and agriculture, Administration of the municipal entity – Ryazansky municipal district of the Ryazan region.
• From March, 2011 to June, 2013 – the Head of administration, Administration of the municipal entity – the Skopinsky municipal district of the Ryazan region.
• In June, 2013 it is appointed to the position of the minister of the industry, the innovative and information technologies of the Ryazan region.

Awards

It is awarded with the Certificate of honor of the Governor of the Ryazan region, the Medal of Emercom of Russia to "The participant of liquidation of the fires of 2010", the Departmental distinction of Federal State Statistics Service, the Medal "For Merits in Carrying Out the All-Russian Population Census of 2010", the Memorable sign of the Governor of the Ryazan region "Gratitude from the earth Ryazan".
