Biography
Sergei Pulinets was born in Krasnodar. In 1996 he graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics with a degree in Automatic Telecommunications.
In 1991, he joined the Krasnodar Production and Technical Communications Department and went from an electrician of linear structures to a leading engineer.
In 2005, he headed the capital construction department at UTK, and in January 2006 he was appointed deputy director of the branch for general affairs of the Volgograd branch of this company. From 2008 to October 2010, he served as head of the production support unit of the Volgograd branch.
2010: Move to Rostelecom
From 2010 to 2012, he headed the Adygea branch of Rostelecom.
In 2012, he headed the Krasnodar branch, which is the largest in the South macro-regional branch of Rostelecom.

Appointment as director of the Volgograd branch of Rostelecom
In September 2017, Sergei Pulinets was appointed director of the Volgograd branch of Rostelecom.
