Biography

1961

In 1961 it opened women's clinic in Las Vegas and also was a commander of a medical reserve of the Air Force.

1991

Thirty years later, in 1991, the medical association of the State of Nevada recognized Fortye by the doctor of year.

2006

Queens Fortye died in 2006, and in its obituary eight children, 15 grandsons and four great-grandsons are specified.

2020: Secret fertilization of hundreds of women

At the end of November, 2020 there was a new documentary of NVO about famous American doctor Quincy Fortier who dealt with problems of infertility. Affirms that he used own sperm for fertilization of nothing the suspecting patients. Queens Fortier officially was a father of 24 children, but his son is sure that it can have "hundreds" of brothers and sisters scattered through the whole country.

Investigation on this case there began the former employee of police Wendi Babst from the State of Oregon when understood that she is not similar to the man whom she considered the father. In 2018 she used the DNA public test to establish that her father - doctor Fortye. According to Babst, thanks to the growing popularity of genealogical sets the number of her stepbrothers and sisters grows literally every month.

During the investigation also it became clear that else in 1996 the former patient filed a lawsuit against Fortye for the fact that in 1974 and 1976 he impregnated her own sperm while the woman wanted to use biomaterial of her husband. Later the analysis of DNA confirmed that Fortye was a father of children really. During judicial proceedings the confidential agreement was reached.

Creators of the documentary also talked to Quincy Fortye Jr. who on a question how many at it brothers and sisters, answered:
