Biography

Pavel Vasilyevich Radchenko, the lieutenant general of internal service, the chief of Russian Federal Penitentiary Service across the Irkutsk region.

Was born in Vitebsk on August 10, 1958. Graduated and graduated from Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy of the USSR.

After military service worked in the Volgograd region, held a post of the shop manager, worked as the head of the scheduling department, afterwards the deputy chief on the general questions later. After the termination of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Academy of P.V. Radchenko it was appointed the head of the correctional institution.

The fatal moment in life considers transfer from Volgograd to Irkutsk. From this point to this day P.V. Radchenko holds the chief's post GUFSINA. At heart Pavel Vasilyevich is a workaholic. By his own words, tries to work so that about Irkutsk GUFSINE spoke yours faithfully. Regularly goes round all divisions of penal correction system of area, conducts acceptance on private matters, checks what conditions contain special squads.

Especially appreciates homeliness. When there is an opportunity, starts on the book. The favourite author – Mikhail Bulgakov. Gives preference in music to a platform of the 80th years.
