2010
In 2010, she began working at the State Housing Inspectorate of the Kostroma Region: the chief expert specialist - the state housing inspector of the Kostroma Region, a consultant.
2016
In 2016, she moved to the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation: Deputy Head of the Housing and Supervision Department, Head of the Housing and Supervision Department, Head of the Smart City Department.
She was awarded a Letter of Thanks and a Certificate of Honor of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Kostroma Region, Gratitude of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.
2019
In May 2019, she was appointed assistant governor of the Murmansk region.
2020: Appointment as Head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Murmansk Region
On November 16, 2020, Zinaida Razzhivina was appointed head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Murmansk Region instead of Ivan Parkhomenko. The latter will continue to work in the department as deputy minister and will be engaged in the development of digital technologies in the Kola Arctic, the press service of the regional government reports.
Zinaida Vyacheslavovna is faced with the task of intensifying the work that is being carried out by the ministry today and making sure that this work brings practical benefits to our residents. The emphasis will be on urban economy, medicine, education and transport, - said the Governor of the Murmansk Region Andrei Chibis at an operational meeting, during which he announced personnel changes in the regional government team. |
Before heading the Ministry of Digital Development of the Murmansk region, Zinaida Razzhivina. In the federal ministry of construction and housing and communal services, she was responsible for the Smart City project. She is also the curator of the Smart Region project in the Murmansk region, Chibis noted.[1]
