Biography

Was born in 1958.

In 1975 graduated from the English school No. 31.

In 1980 graduated from faculty of calculus mathematics and cybernetics of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Has an academic degree of Candidate of Physics and Mathematics, an academic status of the associate professor. The corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences since 1994.

After the termination MSU worked at Institute of cryptography, communication and information science where as the associate professor taught different mathematical disciplines. Evgeny Kaspersky was one of Alexey Remizov's students at this time.

Since 1991 A.B. Remizov stood at the origins of origin and development of the domestic market of information technologies, being at that time the vice president of Association of the Russian producers of the computer equipment and the software (nowadays AP KIT). Was an honorary and full member of many professional communities and public associations, such as IT Club, non-profit organization of the IT industry, Moscow and Taybeysky coordination commission. Is a member of presidium of Civil society independent organization.

1992: Creation of KAMI STC company

In 1992 Alexey Remizov founded and headed KAMI STC company — one of the Russia's first multi-profile computer firms providing services in the field of distribution, system integration and communication.

1991-1992 - director of the research and production direction, Deputy CEO.

1992-1997 - president of STC of "KAMI".

In the same company the former student of Alexey Remizov, Evgeny Kaspersky developed the antivirus which in an interview of TAdviser remembered later:

"Long before opening of firm I asked a question to the mentors about whether it is necessary to create separate company. Alexey Borisovich Remizov, the head of computer division of "KAMI", spoke to me: "Zhenya, is not necessary, will be ruined". And, probably, somewhere in the first half of the 1990th it was the truth. But as a result we just understood that we need to open the company".

1997: Creation of CIT of KAMI (after I-Teco)

In 1997 together with Sh. Shakirov and Mikhail Bondarenko created the KAMI CIT company (since 2000 — I-Teco Ltd) specializing in area of system integration and IT consulting.

Alexey Remizov is the Chairman of the board of directors of I-Teco, participates in development of strategic directions of development of the company and also directly supervises a number of the innovation projects and key customers of the company.

In 1997-2005 – the Deputy CEO on marketing and development of computer technologies, the chief of NIO-10 of JSC Radiofizika.

For February 28, 2018 Alexey Borisovich Remizov works as the chairman of the board of directors of I-Teco company.

Awards

It is awarded with a medal "In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow" (1997) and Peter the Great's (2008) award, and also other medals and medals, including the Ministry of Internal Affairs, FSB, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

He is married, two sons.
