The head of the department of economy and sociology of health care of MMA of I.M. Sechenov since 1999.

Was born on August 28, 1960 in Novosibirsk; graduated from the Novosibirsk medical institute in 1983, in absentia sociological faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1997, the doctor of medical sciences, the doctor of sociological sciences, professor, the academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (1999);

1996 — 1997 — professor of department of management in the social sphere of the Novosibirsk state academy of economy and management; 1997 — 1998 — professor of department of economic sociology Lomonosov Moscow State University, the head of a special course "Social marketing of insurance";

1997 — 1999 — the manager of a course of economic sociology, professor of department of social medicine, the organization and economy of health care of MMA of I.M. Sechenov;

doctor organizer of the highest qualification category; the member of council on protection of doctoral dissertations, the member of Coordination council on the "Policy of a Healthy Power Supply in Russia" directions.
