Biography

Mark Rivkin was born in Moscow. Database expert, has many publications.

As of August 28, 2014, Mark Rivkin works as the head of database and cloud computing at Oracle CIS technology consulting. Prior to that, he worked for Oracle for more than 18 years, worked at IBM, LVS, the Institute of Problems of the Office of the USSR Academy of Sciences.

On September 7, 2022, it became known about the transfer of Mark Rivkin to Postgres Professional. In this company, an Oracle DBMS expert has been appointed head of technical consulting.

According to the press service of Postgres Professional, under the leadership of Rivkin, the company will create a team of technical consultants, consisting of the most experienced specialists who previously worked at Oracle.
