Biography

Born January 16, 1970.

In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

In 1997, he received additional education at the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Rogov began his career in banking in 1994.

1995: Bank Russian Credit

Since 1995, he worked at Russian Credit Bank, where he went from a debt trader to the head of the department for regulating the structure of assets and liabilities.

1999: Impexbank

In 1999, he took up the position of Director of the Treasury at Impexbank Commercial Bank.

2003: MDM Bank Chief Financial Officer

In 2003, he headed the Treasury at MDM Bank. He worked there until 2012, having completed his work at the bank as Chief Financial Officer.

2013: Deputy Chairman of the Management Board - Financial Director of Svyaznoy Bank

In January 2013, he became Chief Financial Officer, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at Svyazny Bank.

2015: Deputy Chairman of the Management Board - Financial Director of Vostochny Bank

In February 2015, Konstantin Alekeslavovich joined the team of the Eastern Bank. He took the position of Finance Director, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Konstantin Rogov was invited and hired by the Vostochny Bank by the Baring Vostok Foundation.

2019: Chief Executive Officer - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Vostochny Bank

On July 4, 2019, Vostochny Design Bureau announced that the Bank's Board of Directors had decided to appoint Konstantin Alekeslavovich Rogov as chief executive officer of Vostochny Bank while retaining the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. He has 20 years of experience in the positions of treasurer and financial director in large banks, including Svyaznoy Bank, MDM Bank and others^[1].

2021: Leaving Vostochny Design Bureau
