Career

2011-2020

Rybakov worked for Wimm-Bill-Dunn"" in 2011-2015, serving as General Manager for the Northwest Region. After that, he moved to, PepsiCo where until 2020 he acted as senior director in the category of drinks and juices. In 2020, Rybakov became the general director of the Russian division of the Thai Union Thai company, which specializes in the production and sale of seafood. Russia Thai Union owns the Dalrybprom group, which produces premium canned tuna "" and Maguro canned fish "Captain Tastes."

2025: Appointment as CEO of Progress JSC

On February 18, 2025, the manufacturer of baby food JSC Progress"" (brand "Frutonyanya") announced the appointment of a new general director. It was Roman Rybakov, a former top manager of PepsiCo and Wimm-Bill-Dann.

As general director of Progress JSC, Rybakov will be replaced by Natalya Medunova, who has headed the company since 2019. Commenting on his new appointment, Rybakov said that Progress will continue to strengthen its market position, introduce innovative solutions, maintain an atmosphere of involvement and cooperation in the team, as well as maintain a high level of responsibility to customers.

Progress JSC produces a wide range of products for young children - more than 250 items under the Frutonyanya brand. The plant is located in Lipetsk: production capacities allow the production of more than 2 billion unit packages per year.
