Education

Graduated from the Volga region academy of public service.

Career

Upon termination of military service (1984-1986) worked at the Balakovo NPP as the electrician, the associate director on personnel, the head of group on public and mass work (1986-1995); chairman of the board of the state association "Youth Initiative" (1995-1996); chief of staff of administration of Balakovo and Balakovo district of the Saratov region (1996-2001); deputy mayor, chief of staff of administration of Saratov (2001-2006); deputy minister of regional development of the government of the Saratov region (2007-2008); in business structures, including the director of the Saratov branch of Military insurance company, the vice president of SOAO "VSK" (Moscow). (2009-2011).

It was elected the deputy of the Balakovo Council of People's Deputies (1990-1993), the chairman of the permanent commission, the member of Small Council. Three times (1998, 1999, 2003) passed a training abroad (France, Germany, Belgium).

It was repeatedly awarded with certificates of honor and thanks of the Government of the Saratov region, and also the highest awards of Saratov (A medal of the mayor of Saratov "For merits in front of Saratov") and the Saratov region (A medal of the governor of the region "For belief and virtue"). It is awarded with the Hierarchal diploma of the Bishop Saratov and Volsk Longin.
