Dmitry Rylov was born in 1968. In 1994 graduated from Samara State Aerospace University majoring in "engineer-radio technician". In 2000-2001 underwent occupational retraining in the International institute of the market according to the program of management training for the organizations of the national economy of the Russian Federation for the Management direction.
Dmitry Rylov came to the company in 2005 to a position of the director of the department of sales and subscriber services of MTS branch in the Volga region. Further he headed MTS branches in the Saratov, Samara regions and in the Republic of Bashkortostan where he successfully supervised a number of projects, strategically important for the industry. Ivanov Sergey till August, 2010 holding a position of the director of the macroregion of MTS Centre will continue career in "Moscow City Telephone Network" company as the CEO.
In 2007 passed to a position of the director of the branch of the company in the Samara region, since 2008 directed MTS branch in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Dmitry entered a position since August, 2010, performed the general management of MTS branches in Central Federal District, to promote strategy implementation of MTS 3i, including to further deployment of networks of third generation and development of the innovation services on the basis of 3G and M2M-technologies in the territory of the Central Russia and the Black Earth. The area of responsibility also included support of integration processes MTS and Comstar-OTS in the territory of regions of Central Federal District.
Dmitry Rylov since 2014 headed MTS Northwest branch where he was responsible for implementation of business strategy of MTS in regions of the Northwestern Federal District. Dmitry Rylov started the career in MTS in 2005 at a position of the director of the department of sales and subscriber services in the macroregion "MTS the Volga region", in a year headed MTS branch in the Saratov region.
Dmitry Rylov so far directing MTS Northwest branch which area of responsibility included St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region after reorganization of a management structure regional business of the company continued career in MTS, having headed one of regional clusters integrating 20 regions of the country.
