Since 2004 works in the industry of call centers as the employee of the Russian company NAUMEN. In 2013 held a position of the director of the department of automation of contact centers in Russia and the CIS countries. Defines the strategy of promotion of solutions of NAUMEN for call centers in the market of Russia and the CIS.
