Irina Salova in 1989 graduated from the Moscow regional teacher training college of Krupskaya. In 2003 gained the diploma of Executive MBA in the joint program of Business school of the university of Antwerp and IBDA ANKH under the President of the Russian Federation.

Since 1994 worked as the HR director of the Russian-Swiss JV ABB Uniturbo, from 1998 to 2001 headed department on personnel and administration of Coca-Cola Refreshments Moscow. During the period from 2001 to 2009 consistently worked at the leading positions - the HR director of such companies as - MegaFon, Intersection, Rosinter (the vice president for personnel and organizational development), AFI Development. Since 2009 worked in I-Teco company where, in particular, directed the largest project in Russia and the CIS on unification of business processes in the field of HR and to SAP implementation of HR in JSC Severstal.

Alyona Levina who was earlier supervising this area of work left the company in June, 2011.
