Biography

1975 — 1980 — Teacher training college of Lenin, faculty of pedagogics and psychology. Upon termination of teacher's college finished a postgraduate study of Institute of the general and pedagogical psychology. Deals with logiko-methodological problems of a research, description, objectivity and an objectivization in the humanities.

Candidate of philosophical sciences.

• For a row of years expert and consultant of space development, regional and industrial policy, the innovation activity and training. Board member Fonda "Centre for Strategic research "Northwest".

• During the period from 2000 to 2005 was the adviser to the Russian President's Plenipotentiary in the Volga federal district concerning strategic development. For 2010 is the adviser to the Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

• April, 2011 — December, 2013 - The first deputy director of Institute of philosophy of RAS.
