In 2000 graduated from the Tver state technical university majoring in Management, and 2018 - the Russian academy of national economy and state services at the president Russian Federation according to the program of retraining.

Biography

2000-2012

In 2000-2012 Konstantin Sedov worked in department of the prices of the Tver region, then Head department "The regional power commission of the Tver region.

2012-2017

2012-2015 - the Deputy Minister of Transport of the Tver region.

2015-2017 - the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Tver region, the head of department of financing of branches of the economy and the budget investments.

2017-2018

2017-2018 - the chief of Head department "Regional power commission" of the Tver region.

2020: Appointment as the Minister of Health of the Tver region

On April 15, 2020  Konstantin Sedov was appointed the Minister of Health of the Tver region instead of  Maxim Maximov who worked at this post since the end of 2018.

Sets before the appointment was a deputy manager of the Ministry of Health of the Tver region. The reasons of change of the minister are not sounded.

Earlier in 2020 Roszdravnadzor pointed to high mortality rates in the Tver region.  Check  showed also that the program of upgrade of primary link is prepared formally, the system of rendering the emergency and emergency aid is not built, terms of diagnostic and laboratory testings at patients with suspicion of oncological diseases are not observed. There were claims and to work of Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund.

It is possible that Maxim Maximov's resignation is connected with a situation of spread of a coronavirus of COVID-19 in the region. By April 16, 2020 in the Tver region 151 cases are revealed, 9 people recovered.^[1]
