According to information Natalya works for spring of 2017 as the deputy CEO of CORUS Consulting Group.

In AstroSoft in the fall of 2012 the directorate on development which was headed by Natalya Semichastnova is created. The new division will be engaged in market research and determination of the most perspective directions and methods of development of the company, implementation of technologies of "thrifty office", assessment of customer satisfaction and development of a HR brand.

Work on increase in brand recognition AstroSoft in Russia and abroad, customer satisfaction assessment and also carrying out different analytical work will become the main objectives which face Natalya. Special attention will be paid to creation of "thrifty office" and reduction of the various losses connected with production and management. The staff of directorate on development investigates all existing competences and the structure of project teams to define how to develop the existing products and what solutions can be interesting to the market in the near future. Jointly with service of personnel work on development of a HR brand of the company will be continued. In cooperation with promotion department and PR it is going to estimate possibilities of optimization of relevant channels of promotion.

Biography

Was born on April 30, 1980. In 2002 graduated from the St. Petersburg university of space instrument making, faculty of management with the diploma with honors. More than 12 years of work in the IT industry, from them 7 years on the leading positions. From 2000 to 2005 worked in Digital Design company as the expert in personnel. 2005-2008 – Director of people & communications Kenjitsu and SmartPhoneLabs companies (game development). 2008-2012 – HR-Director of PROMT company (machine translation of texts) During the entire period of professional activity actively was engaged in creation of modern business processes of the company, personnel development, building of effective communications in and out of the company. In the past professionally played basketball. Devotes free time to family, has two children. Likes to travel.
