Career
2021
Sergey Limarenko began working at the United Carriage Company in 2021. Then he took the position of Deputy General Director for Finance, and also joined the board of NPK UWC. Prior to that, he served as Director of Economics at PJSC TransContainer. Previously worked at the Bank of Moscow JSCB.
2023: Appointment as CEO of UWC
On October 2, 2023, the United Wagon Company (UWC) announced the change of its CEO. He appointed Sergey Limarenko, who headed the Russian manufacturer of freight railway cars instead of Dmitry Olyunin.

According to him, the UWC Board of Directors thanks Dmitry Olyunin for the work done, strengthening the financial situation and restoring the group's production activities, as well as fulfilling other tasks set for him and wishes him success in new projects. His new place of work has not been specified. Dmitry Olyunin was appointed general director of UWC in November 2022, replacing Timofey Khryapov, who had headed the company since 2018, in his new position.
UWC is the leading Russian manufacturer of freight cars, offering more than 70 models of new generation cars by October 2023. The company develops and manufactures freight cars in accordance with international standards and supplies its products to various countries.[1]
