Shalnev Evgeny

Shalnev Evgeny  is a CIO Sibirtelecom. Supervises issues of development of information infrastructure of the company and implementation of new technologies.

Biography, career

Was born on February 16, 1967 in Novosibirsk. Ended in  1990. The Novosibirsk electrotechnical institute in "Radio engineering devices and devices". After the termination of university from 1990 to  1993 was engaged in research work at institute. Then within three years worked as the electronics engineer in laboratory of the laser electronic systems of Institute of laser physics.

In Sibirtelecom company Shalnev works since  1996 (in  1996 ElektroSvyaz of the Novosibirsk region)  — at first as the engineer, then since  2001  — the deputy chief of service of informatization of Sibirtelecom. In  2003 it is appointed the associate director of department of information technologies  — the head of department system and the equipment and corporate computer networks of department of IT. From 2005 to  2007 directed department of development and operation of program technical means, since  2007 was an associate director of department of IT and headed department of development of technical infrastructure of IT of Sibirtelecom.

As he noted, the new director of information technology Evgeny Shalnev has 13-year work experience in the company, good knowledge of technologies and solutions of information market. According to Dadykin, new initiatives in the field of IT will give support in business organization.
