As it became known on October 12, 2020, the Arbitration court of the Moscow district arrested property of the ex-management of Evrokommerts bank for the total amount of 4.8 billion rubles.
According to RAPSI with reference to the court order, is arrested property of four former heads of PJSC CB Evrokommerts: acting as chairman of the board of bank Irina Shavrina, board members Andrey Kovalyov and Tatyana Markova (Matveenko) and chief accountant Natalya Terentyeva.
Earlier Irina Shavrina was sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment for waste of 3.3 billion rubles. In October, 2015 she made bond purchase for 2.7 billion rubles which were transferred to the legal entities under control of her accomplices. Thus, the bank lost an opportunity to own, use and dispose of the federal loan bonds belonging to it, and accomplices of plunder disposed of them at discretion, having caused PJSC CB Evrokommerts damage in especially large size, reported in the State Office of Public Prosecutor of Russia.
