Shekhtman Mikhail Borisovich, PhD in Technological Sciences, earlier CEO of KRUG scientific and production firm. Since April, 2014 passed to a position of the CEO of newly created company "Energokrug". As of October, 2017, does not hold a post of the CEO of "Energokrug" any more.

Biography

In 1977 graduated from faculty "Electrification and Automation of Production Processes" of the Grozny oil institute of Academician Millionshchikov M.D.

Worked in NPO Industrial Automation, one of head enterprises of the Ministry of instrument making and the automation equipment.

In 1992 under the leadership of Shekhtman M.B. the KRUG scientific and production firm which from 10 people grew in KRUG group numbering more than 240 people is created. Strategic direction of activity – development of standard solutions of industrial automation and management of energy efficiency.

Shekhtman M.B. is an ideologist of creation and successful market promotion of widely known software and technical packages under the KRUG-2000® trademark.

Shekhtman M.B. has numerous publications. For 2014 keeps the active program of interaction with the main academic Higher education institutions of Penza regarding training of students and joint commercial projects. Is a member of scientific expert advice at the working group of the Federation Council on application of the Federal law on energy saving No. 261-FZ, the member of the Supreme Economic council at the Government of the Penza region. Has a number of encouragement from regional, federal authorities and large corporations. In particular, is the winner of competition "Business success 2012" in The Best IT Project nomination who is carried out by the SUPPORT of RUSSIA organization and the Forbes magazine. The Situational center of energy efficiency and energy saving Energogorod and Energoguberniya providing the solution of a complex of tasks of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency of objects of housing and public utilities and the budget sphere of scale of the city/region became this project.

The Energogorod project was highly appreciated by the Prime Minister Medvedev D.A. and the First Deputy Prime Minister Dvorkovich A.V., the minister of informatization and communication, regional development, deputy ministers of the ministries and departments, a number of governors and mayors of the cities.

In April, 2014 Energokrug company which CEO was Shekhtman M.B. is created. To newly created firm promotion of projects Energogorod and Energoguberniya is delegated,

In April, 2014 Prokopov Oleg Veniaminovich who was earlier working as the deputy CEO became the CEO of NPF KRUG.
