Shtaynbakh Martin

Martin Shtaynbakh graduated from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University, Frankfurt. The candidate of science, has MBA degree.

Since 1994 Martin held different executive positions in investment banks, private investment funds and in Deutsche Boerse AG company. Experience includes carrying out transactions on primary and secondary share placing, operations on merge and acquisition, investor relation and also transactions with participation of private equity funds focused on new technologies.

In Deutsche Boerse company Mr. Shtaynbakh was responsible for sale, marketing and development of products in the field of the IPO and listing and also for management of the waged campaigns for institutional and retail investors. Practical experience of Mr. Shtaynbakh includes operations in emerging markets in China, Russia / CIS and India.

On October 31, 2011 it became known that Martin Shtaynbakh is appointed the head of practice of consulting services in the field of the IPO of Ernst & Young company in EMEIA region. Within this position Mr. Shtaynbakh will be responsible for rendering services in the field of the IPO and listing.
