Ilya Shuvalov is the Russian restaurateur and the entrepreneur who founded UK Liberty Group.

Biography

Ilya Vadimovich Shuvalov was born in the Ivanovo region in 1983. When he was still a child, his family moved to Surgut. The father and mother of future businessman – power by profession – were sent to the city on distribution after graduated from power institute. There Shuvalov spent the early and youthful years and further developed the restaurant projects.

Ilya Shuvalov made the first steps in business in the childhood when he stayed with the grandmother and washed cars of neighbors. After leaving school he entered the Surgut state university and there studied two rates, and then was transferred to MGYuA where gained the diploma of the lawyer. As he did not begin to work, however legal education helped Ilya Vadimovich Shuvalov with creation and development of the case.

In the second half of the 2000th years to the businessman the idea about opening of restaurant which strikingly would differ from other institutions of his hometown came. So there was Liberty American Café & Cocktail Bar executed in bright American style pop art. The cafe locates a wide choice of drinks and dishes and also the cheerful atmosphere always reigns in it. Besides, visitors are attracted by its regular thematic actions.

Liberty soon became one of the most visited restaurants in Surgut. Among permanent guests the noisy companies of young people, businessmen, married couples meet children here. Besides, in cafe well special kids menu.

Soon after emergence of the first institution new points of network, including in other cities of the country were open. So, for June, 2020 Liberty restaurants are located in:

After the trip to Uzbekistan Ilya Vadimovich Shuvalov opened Divan-Saray restaurant in the hometown. He tried to transfer unique Uzbek color in this institution. Preparation for opening took it year: the entrepreneur wanted to achieve the maximum reliability both in style of an interior, and in assortment of dishes.
