2012-2018
From 2012 to 2015, Stanislav Shuvalov headed the clinic of the Federal Drug Control Service of Russia in the Saratov Region.
In 2015-2016, he was deputy chief physician for organizing the activities of the regional vascular center in the Regional Clinical Hospital.

2021: Appointment as Head of the Department of Health of the Oryol Region
At the end of October 2021, 43-year-old Stanislav Shuvalov was appointed head of the Health Department of the Oryol Region. Before him, the duties of the head of the department were performed by Vladimir Nikolaev, being the deputy head of the department and the head of the health department.
Nikolaev headed the department in April 2021 after its head Ivan Zalogin became the main person involved in the criminal case of abuse of office and obstruction of legal entrepreneurial activity. In October 2021, he was charged, by October 26 he is under house arrest.
Before heading the Oryol Department of Health, Stanislav Shuvalov worked as First Deputy Minister of Health of the Saratov Region. On October 14, 2021, it became known about Shuvalov's departure from this position in connection with his move to another region. Then the new place of work was not called.
