Biography

Education

• 1982 - graduated from the Cheboksary machine-building technical school majoring in processing of metals cutting.
• 1984-1986 - service in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
• 1996 - graduated from the Chuvash State University of I.N. Ulyanov in a management and information science in technical ^[1]

Career

• 1986 - the master in mechanical workshop No. 4 MSP.
• 1987 - the senior technician in design bureau of automated control systems of the PKB of an ACS.
• 1988 - the serviceman of the sixth category of group of copying in the Chuvash TsNTI.
• 1992 - the specialist of the I category of multiple copying bureau in Council of Ministers of ChR.
• 1993 - leading specialist of the sector of informatization and office equipment.
• 1994 - chief specialist of department of transport, enertetiki and communication.
• 1996 - chief specialist of department of technological support of the Administration.
• 2001 - manager of the sector of information systems of department of information support of public authorities and local government of information and analytical management.
• 2002 - the deputy head of department of information technologies - the head of department of information systems.
• 2003 - vice-chairman of the State committee of the Chuvash Republic on communication and informatization.
• Since June, 2004 chairman of the State committee of the Chuvash Republic on communication and informatization.
• Since February, 2007 the vice-chairman of the State Committee of Chuvashia on communication and informatization.
• Then the director of the department of end-to-end information systems (till December, 2011)

Dismissal

The president of Chuvashia accepted resignation of the head Goskomsvyazyinform of Alexander Sidorenko's republic on December 16, 2011.

The head of information department of ChR submitted the resignation letter on December 5 after for two days work of the portal of authorities of Chuvashia was interrupted. The situation became a bolt from the blue for the authorities of the republic. At capacities of the portal practically all information work of the government of Chuvashia is started. For 15 years' existence the government portal did not work for one-two days owing to planned shutdowns. This time the server failed unexpectedly.

Alexander Sidorenko held a post of the head of the State Committee from 2004 to 2007, in June, 2011 he was appointed to this position again.

Temporary fulfillment of duties of the chairman of the State committee of the Chuvash Republic on communication and informatization is assigned to the deputy head of department Nikolay Ozerov.
