Biography

Vladimir was born on January 23, 1956 in the village of Bolshaya Glushitsa, Bolsheglushitsky district, Kuibyshev region (since 1992 - Samara region).

In 1978 he graduated from the Kuibyshev Polytechnic Institute named after V.V. Kuibyshev (since 1992 - Samara State Technical University (SamSTU)), qualification: engineer chemist-technologist, specialty: "Plastic mass processing technology."
