1982-2021
Sinyagovsky was born on August 9, 1948. In 1982, he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanization of the agriculture Kuban Agricultural Institute and worked for two years as chief mechanical engineer of the Agriculture Department of the Slavic District Executive Committee. He served as head of the Novorossiysk administration from 2003 to 2016. Then he was elected to the State Duma from the Tuapse district.
Until 2021, he was a deputy from the United Russia faction. From 2003 to 2007, the traveler was Sinyagovsky's deputy in the Novorossiysk administration.
2024: Taking a stake in the Chateau Pinot winery
In mid-July 2024, it became known that the former mayor of Novorossiysk, Vladimir Sinyagovsky, became one of the founders of the Chateau Pinot winery in the Krasnodar Territory. Its share in the authorized capital of the enterprise is 50%. The second half is owned by Maria the Train, daughter of winery founder Alexander the Train. Read more here
