Slyunyaev Igor Nikolaevich is the Russian state and political figure, in 2012-2014 the Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

Biography

Was born on October 4, 1966 in Isilkul of the Omsk region, Russia.

Education

1986 - - studied 1988 in Lomonosov Moscow State University.

1992 - graduated from the Moscow higher school of militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation majoring in Jurisprudence.

1999 - graduated from the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation in "The public and municipal administration" (specialization "Finance and the credit").

Military Service

1984 - - did 1986 military service.

Scientific degree

Candidate of Law Sciences.

2002 - successfully defended the dissertation on a subject "Criminal capital flow: Characteristic and social control" for a degree of Candidate of Law Sciences in the specialty 0/12/08 "Criminal law and criminology; the criminal and executive right" in dissertation council at the Omsk Russian Interior Ministry Academy.

Career

1983 - worked at the Karaganda state university as the worker, then the laboratory assistant, combining work with study on evening department.

1988 - 1994 - service in law-enforcement bodies.

1994 - 1996 - the vice chairman of the board of Mossibinterbank Joint stock bank.

1996 - 1997 - the adviser to the minister of the Russian Federation for cooperation with the State Parties of the CIS, the head of department of financial credit relations of the Ministry.

1997 - 1998 - the deputy minister of the Russian Federation on cooperation with the State Parties of the CIS.

1999 - the head of department of providing revenues of road funds of Federal road service of Russia.

1999 - 2000 - the deputy CEO of the Russian road agency.

2000 - 2001 - the Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation.

2001 - 2004 - the First Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation - the head of Public service of road economy, the member of the commission of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning agro-industrial complex.

Since September, 2005 - the member of political party "United Russia".

2005 - 2006 - the adviser to the Chairman of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

2006 - 2007 - the member of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from executive authorities of Altai Krai - Administrations of Altai Krai, the vice-chairman of Committee of the Federation Council on the budget, the member of the Commissions of the Federation Council on interaction with Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, on natural monopolies.

On October 25, 2007 - 2012 - the governor of the Kostroma region.

2007 - 2012 - the member of the State Council of the Russian Federation.

October 17, 2012 - The decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 1412 it is appointed the Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

2009 - The international academy of social sciences awarded to Igor Slyunyaev a rank "The Governor of Year — 2009". The head of the region was handed the Grand Prix of the national award "For Arrangement of the Russian Land" - "The Gold Laurel Branch".

2009 - The decree of the President of the Russian Federation for the achieved labor success and long-term fair work it was awarded with an Order of Honour.

2009 - A medal of Olympic Committee of Russia "for merits in development of the Olympic Movement in Russia".
