Was born on July 26, 1982 in Moscow.
2002: Institute of political sciences of Paris
In 2002 Paris (France) studied at Institute of political sciences.
2004: MSU
In 2004 graduated from faculty of public administration Lomonosov Moscow State University.
From 2004 to 2007 studied in a postgraduate study of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Has an academic degree of the candidate of political sciences.
2013: ASI
Since 2013 - the Head of Department of projects and the practician of the Young Professionals direction of autonomous nonprofit organization "Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects".
2015: Russian President Administration
Since April, 2015 held a position of the Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District, supervised social, economic and youth policy, implementation of public projects, patriotic education of the population. Was the investment representative in the Far Eastern Federal District, its competences included rendering assistance to economic entities in implementation of private investment projects in the field of interaction of investors with public authorities and also assistance to processes of improvement of business climate in the district.
2018: Prime Minister of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic
In June, 2018 it was appointed the acting as the Prime Minister of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, and in October, 2018 became the Prime Minister of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.
2020: ACTING governor of Kamchatka Krai
On April 3, 2020 the President RUSSIAN FEDERATION Vladimir Putin accepted resignation of the governor Kamchatka Krai Vladimir Ilyukhin at own will and appointed Vladimir Solodov the acting as the governor Kamchatka Krai before taking office of the person elected the subject's governor.
