2026: Appointment as CEO of RBF Retail

At the end of February 2026, it became known that Olga Subbotina was RBF RetailO'key appointed to the post of general director of LLC "" (is the parent company of the hypermarket chain ""). In this position, she replaced Anna Roshchina, who headed the organization since 2024. The first to draw attention to the changes in the management was the "Business News Agency."

According to the List-org.com service, Subbotina is the sole founder of the Moscow Trading House Teplosnost LLC (MTD Teplosnost), which specializes in the wholesale trade in timber and construction materials. In the past, she was also one of the founders of Simply Group CJSC (the activities of advertising agencies): this company stopped working in 2017. There is no other information about Subbotina in open sources.

After leaving the position of general director of RBF Retail, Roshchina will continue to lead O'key - Logistics LLC, which specializes in wholesale trade. In addition, she remains a co-owner of RBF LLC, which was previously the founder of RBF Retail. Roshchina owns 24% of the authorized capital in RBF. The new owner of RBF Retail is Zemun LLC with a share of 99%, while another 1% belongs to Business Invest LLC. At the same time, RBF Retail LLC itself owns 99.56% in O'key LLC.

As of September 30, 2025, the O'key group operated 303 stores in Russia (76 hypermarkets under the O'key brand and 227 discounters "Yes!") With a total trading area of ​ ​ 658,890 square meters. The company operates five distribution centers in Russia: three in Moscow and two in St. Petersburg. The staff exceeds 19 thousand people. The Group is actively developing online sales based on hypermarkets for home delivery^[1]
