Svetlana Isaeva was the founder of Glavgorstroy, which was founded in 2018 in Balashikha: this organization specialized in the production of wooden building structures and carpentry. Glavstroy was expelled from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for inaction in 2022. At the same time, from 2020 to 2021, Isaeva headed the Petrozavodsk company Karbin, which is engaged in scientific research and development in the field of natural and technical sciences. In March 2025, Isaeva took the position of General Director of Corporate Services Cyberus (KSS). At the same time, she is the sole owner of the KSS, and since July 2025 she has been the current secretary at Cyberus JSC.

On February 17, 2026, it became known that Natalia Voevodina she had left the post of general director of the information security company "" Cybertest(created with the support of the Cyberus fund ""), which she had held since November 2024. She was replaced by Svetlana Isaeva.

Svetlana Isaeva has long been working inside the Syberus Foundation and temporarily acts as CEO while the candidacy of the new CEO is being discussed and coordinated within the foundation. Voevodina, after leaving Cyber ​ ​ Testing, intends to focus on research and analytics in the financial direction. Cyber ​ ​ Testing emphasized that Voevodina made a great contribution to the development of the company: in particular, under its leadership, the method of conducting cyber testing as a universal assessment of the level of security of Russian business was first tested.^[1]
