Education

In 2001 she graduated from Belarusian State University.

In 2014, she underwent a professional retraining course at the Skolkovo Scientific Center. She received a diploma with qualifications in the field of innovative project management. In addition, she graduated from the Sechenov Moscow State Medical University, where she studied management in the field of health care.

Career

2011-2014

Until 2011, Tatyana Mukhtasarova worked as a legal adviser in several Moscow law firms. In November 2011, she took the post of head of the department of legal support and personnel policy of the Moscow Department of Health.

2012-2019

In 2012, Mukhtasarova became deputy head of the Moscow Department of Health, and in 2013 - first deputy. She worked in this post until the end of 2018.

She also headed the commission for monitoring the use of real estate of state health care institutions and state unitary enterprises of the Moscow Department of Health.

In 2019, Tatyana Mukhtasarova became First Deputy Minister of Health of the Moscow Region Dmitry Matveev. At the end of June of the same year, Matveev wrote a letter of resignation of his own free will. The vacated chair of the minister was taken by Tatyana Mukhtasarova.

2024: Appointment as First Vice President of Medsi Group of Companies

In August 2024, Tatyana Mukhtasarova was appointed First Vice President of Medsi Group of Companies. In this company, the ex-Minister of Health of the Moscow Region will implement strategic projects as part of the development of the network at the federal level, in the CIS countries and the Middle East.

Mukhtasarova's experience with government agencies will be useful for Medsi, Medsi President Andrei Sokolov is sure. In his opinion, the appointment of a new top manager will accelerate the implementation of the company's strategic objectives and goals.[1]
