Belyaeva Vasilievna was born in 1968.

Career

1991-2019

In 1991, she began her career. She went from a pathologist to the chief physician of the Republican Pathology Bureau.

In 2016, she began working as the head of the department for organizing medical care of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Dagestan

In December 2019, she was appointed First Deputy Minister of Health of the region. In this position, Belyaeva began to oversee programs for the development of health care, improving the quality of medical care for residents of the republic, as well as issues of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, and preventing diseases.

In addition, it was under its jurisdiction to control the provision of primary health care, high-tech medical care, ambulance, including emergency specialized medical care and palliative medical care to the population of the republic.

2022: Appointment as Head of the Ministry of Health of Dagestan

At the end of February 2022, Tatayana Belyaeva was appointed Minister of Health of the Republic of Dagestan. In this post, she replaced Jamaludin Gadzhiibragimov, who resigned of his own free will.

Before heading the Dagestan Ministry of Health, Belyaeva acted as head of this regional department from December 2020. Speaking about the reasons for Hajiibragimov's departure, the head of the republic, Sergei Melikov, said the following:

This is not the first personnel change in the Ministry of Health of Dagestan at the highest level since the beginning of 2022. In March, surgeon Magomedali Salamov, who served as adviser to the head of Dagestan, was appointed deputy minister of health of the republic.[1]
