Taymaskhanov Hassan Elimsultanovich is the rector of FSBEI of a Higher Professional Education "GGNTU of the academician M.D. Millionshchikov".

Biography

Hassan was born on December 14, 1954 in the city of Karaganda of the Kazakh SSR.

In 1973 left secondary school No. 2 in the settlement New terrible.

From 1973 to 1975 served in AF of the USSR.

From 1975 to 1980 studied at Mountain agricultural institute.

From 1980 to 1992 Hassan Taymaskhanov worked as the teacher of department of the organization of agricultural production at Mountain agricultural institute.

From 1992 to 1995 worked as the senior teacher of the Checheno-Ingush state university.

From 1995 to 2000 worked as the associate professor of economy and production management of the Chechen state university.

From 1995 to 1998 worked as the chief of Ministries of Agriculture Chechenskoy Respubliki information and analytical center.

From 2000 to 2005 Hassan Elimsultanovich worked the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Chechen Republic on economy and finance.

In 2005 and for 2007 worked as the Deputy Prime Minister of ChR — the Minister of Agriculture of the Chechen Republic.

From 2007 to 2008 held a position of the Minister of Agriculture of the Chechen Republic.

In 2008 it is appointed the rector of the Grozny state oil institute of a name of the academician M.D. Millionshchikov.

In 2011 Taymaskhanov defended the dissertation for a degree of the Doctor of Economics.

For July 28, 2015 Hassan Elimsultanovich Taymaskhanov works as the rector of FSBEI of a Higher Professional Education "GGNTU of the academician M.D. Millionshchikov".
