Biography

In 1964 he graduated from the Tomsk Accounting and Credit College, qualification - creditor, specialty "Money circulation and credit."

In 1969 he graduated from the Novosibirsk Institute of National Economy with a degree in Financing and Lending to the National Economy.

Additional vocational education:

• Commercial Bank Vienna, Austria, bank seminar from 23 to 27 September 1991, participation as an economist.

Start of work

He began his career as an ordinary credit inspector in the Novosibirsk region.

In 1975 he was appointed manager of the Novgorod Regional Office of Stroybank of the USSR.
