Biography

Murat was born in 1973 in SOASSR city of Ordzhonikidze.

In 1997 "The teacher of English" graduated from the North Ossetian state university.

In 2000 completed training in the North Caucasian academy of civil service.

In 2011 gained the diploma of the Vladikavkaz institute of management in Law.

Valid state councilor of PCO-A of the I class.

In 1990 worked at the Binom plant in the city of Vladikavkaz.

From 1997 to 1998 worked as the assistant to department of the SOGU east languages, the employee of the international service of the State RSO-A scientific center.

From 1998 to 2004 worked as the consultant, the head of department of the ministry of PCO-A for nationalities and external relations, the first deputy minister of PCO-A for nationalities and external relations.

In 2004 and for 2005 worked the chief of information and analytical management of the President of PCO-A.

In 2005 it is appointed the deputy manager of administration of the Head of PCO-A and the government of PCO-A – the head of department on domestic policy.

In 2010 received a position of the minister of public and external relations of the Republic Northern Ossetia-Alania.

In 2012 it is appointed the head of department of Federal Migration Service on the Republic Northern Ossetia-Alania.

For February 18, 2016 Murat Elbrusovich Tkhostov works as the head of department of Federal Migration Service on the Republic Northern Ossetia-Alania.
