Tychonoff Vladislav Leonidovich is the director of the department of information technologies of a power complex of NEOLANT company.

Biography

Vladislav Leonidovich Tikhonovsky was born in Kaliningrad.

Graduated from the St. Petersburg state technical university on specialties "Computers, Complexes of a System and Network", in 2000, and "The software of ADP equipment and automated systems", in 1999.

Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Since 2006 works in NEOLANT company. Supervises all areas of work of the company in nuclear sector: development and deployment of information systems, creation and application of information models, creation of solutions on management of capital construction, construction work and production of the equipment.

Under its management the information systems having key value for nuclear sector are developed, including the Information system "Database of Decommissioning of Blocks of the NPP" is the Russia's first IT system of a similar class.

For November 26, 2013 Tychonoff Vladislav Leonidovich works as the director of the department of information technologies of a power complex of NEOLANT company.

Vladislav Tikhonovsky is the author of a patent invention on use of the automated identification when monitoring an operational condition of equipment of industrial enterprise. More than 50 publications and reports at the Russian and international conferences devoted to application of information technologies for the solution of practical tasks of automation of lifecycle of the enterprises of nuclear sector.

He is married, brings up the daughter.
